Volusion has been my cart solution for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. From the fact that i can pick up the phone 24/7 and reach a live person in under 5 minutes that can usually help answer any questions i have to the pleasant surprises that come often in the form of added programming features, for example the ability to use all of our social media platforms from within the Volusion interface. The ease of the backend control panel is so user friendly that the learning curve for new employees is a breeze. So far Volusion has met and surpassed all of our needs. We are very proud to call Volusion our partner. Two thumbs up!

    We had been working with another provider and it became very difficult to make any changes on our site- unless of course you were a computer programmer or had extensive knowledge of html. We decided to make the switch to Volusion and we immediately regretted that we hadn`t done it way sooner. Volusion has so many benefits-too many to list here. The software is incredibly easy to use and if theres something you don`t quite understand, there is an excellent support staff available 24/7. Their customer service is wonderful. They also have a great knowledge base and videos that are absolutely terrific. There are informative roundtable discussions and videos pertaining to current topics in the industry which have been extremely helpful. Volusion is an excellent product-we couldn`t be happier! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to open an e-commerce store. Volusion is the best!
