    This is THE ONE cart you need! It`s very easy to use, and if you have a question, they are incredibly responsive. The value they offer is off the charts! I am in the process of moving all my clients to the Pinnacle Cart Platform! (Hosted by Pinnacle Cart) The first client I migrated was from a very expensive, specialized, platform. The inflexibility of the old platform didn`t work for my client. They have reasonably priced developers who can make your customized need happen. I just can`t say enough good things about Pinnacle Cart! You will NOT be disappointed!

    If I could give Pinnacle Cart a 0 out of 5 stars I would! They are the worst company I have worked with and their customer support is beyond horrible! If you need help with your cart, expect them to charge you $75 an hour for the simplest of tasks, which will take them weeks to finish! Avoid Pinnacle Cart!

    I really appreciate the people behind Pinnacle Cart because they have so helpful to me in so many ways. The cart is a great product and it has never failed me. Before purchasing, I have compared it to other carts and have returned to use this software on multiple sites. the features that go with the cart are outstanding--- very user-friendly and its worth the price. Other carts are expensive and really difficult to learn but Pinnacle is affordable and easy to customize and use even to users who are quite inexperienced. To highly experienced designers, this cart also allows the freedom to transform the look to whatever is imagined and desired by the user. I absolutely recommend this cart and the company!!!!

    The saying in the e-commerce world that says, run your shop, not your shopping cart , is very true with Pinnacle shopping cart. This shopping cart has made business very convenient and easy for me. I`m still a neophyte in e-business and i dont know much about the different technicalities. But everything became easy for me because of their very supportive Customer Service Representatives who are never tired explaining and helping me all the way. I have a great experience with Pinnacle and I would surely recommend this cart to my friends.

    I have over 900 products. Using the bulk upload feature and a simple spreadsheet, I was was able to populate my Pinnacle Cart with minimal effort. Additionally, once the products were uploaded and a robust store was in place, the Google Base export was painless and within days I was able to launch. Love it! Using a spreadsheet to upload products allowed me to include dynamic and relevant meta keywords, description and title tags for each individual product. Priceless!

    After using many open source solutions (for 15 years) to build client sites, we`re happy with Pinnacle`s ability to handle all site requirements. The most important factor for us is product specific SEO (If it can`t get found it doesn`t get purchased). We`ve found the custom SEO settings to be exactly what is needed for product specific optimization. When coupled with clean code presentation and other simple on-page SEO tactics, the results for clients using Pinnacle Cart have been excellent and exceeded our expectations. The recent social media tie-ins are simply a bonus as a Pinnacle Cart user. We also found the training videos to be extremely useful for clients who want to operate on their own with the added bonus of decreasing our own customer service call volume.

    We just installed the latest version of Pinnacle (3.7.4, I believe) and it`s working great. No bugs that we`ve been able to find. Much improved SEO tools and a great cart designer function. We did inquire about upgrading ( we had an older release )when the 3.7 version came out so I can understand some of the reviews below. But the support guys said to wait a couple of weeks and we did. And so far, very impressed.

    My company purchased the new release 3.7 of Pinnacle carts licensed software. I agree completley with the last person opinions with regards to the cost involved and the risks associated. In addition to that 3.7 has some decent features but some major flaws. There technical support is toting bug fixes every two weeks. Lots of bugs. Its my understanding that they aren`t going to be even ready to release the first bug fixes on schedule. Problems adding items to the cart. Catagorizing items is fine for a small company, but not suitable for a larger business. Problems with IE6 and IE7 and crashing. Of course minimized by tech support.

    I had high hopes for this cart. I really like all the features, third party support, user interface and one page checkout. Sadly, my experience is ruined by a draconian licensing scheme. The Pinnacle Cart installer requires license key verification before it will continue. The domain, subdomain or IP address of your server must be registered on Pinnacle Cart`s end before the key can be verified on your server. This is bad enough, because if the company ever fails, there is no assurance that you`ll ever be able to reinstall using your owned license ever again. But it gets worse! To update the IP, domain or subdomain requires a current support contract. If your contract has expired, it costs $169 to renew. I have no problem requiring a support contract to receive technical support, or to download major or minor updates, but just to update the server you`re licensed to use *your* cart on? Unthinkable.

    Its hard to even rate this product one star. I will start with the positive as to not be all negative. The checkout process for the purchase of the license was good and clean. I suspect Pinnacle does not even utilize thier own shopping cart though as it seem much better than they one they sell to consumers. Nonetheless this was the easiest part of deling with them from their on nothing but problems. For starters as soon as I started customization which I felt entirely necessary they started placing blame on me for any feature that would not work although it was thier fault. They lead me to believe that they are compatible with Fedex, UPS and the US Postal Service but that is not entirely accurate. As for the new release I was told I`m not going to say anything specifically about compliance or when its compliant but I`m going to infer it. I`m not sure if Pinnacle realized they where speaking to one of thier customers. I will start looking for a better more reputable solution for my business.

    I agree with the postings above. They also have very knowledgeable support though the cart`s interface really doesn`t make me ask a lot of questions. Most importantly, the newsletter the just sent out says the new software release will be PA DSS compliant and that is HUGE for a small business trying to stay PCI compliant. Buy this software as I recommend it to everyone who asks.

    When I was looking for a shopping cart for my clients, I searched tirelessly, looking at a multitude of different carts in a wide range of costs and features. This is a time-consuming task and through the process of elimination, Pinnacle Cart kept making its way to the top of the list and stayed there. I was impressed not only in the cart, the features, and the back-end, but even in the way Pinnacle Cart sells its product via the design and available information on their website, which means to me, as a designer, that Pinnacle Cart realizes the importance of aesthetics and logical navigation which translates directly to their product. Fast forward a few years and I am still very happy with my decision, have them installed on multiple sites, recommend them often, and have found their technical support to be repeatedly helpful and patient when it comes to questions or trouble shooting, which wraps this whole package up very nicely
