I love the software and the technical support. I host my website with fortune3 as a online catalog and I pay nothing for bandwidth, just a monthly fee for a huge amount of traffic. Before I was with another shopping cart and got killed with the bandwidth fees. I do recommend fortune3 because they give me value for my money with professionalism.

    a less than average cart with very few or no feature upgrades,they say it is easily customizable but it is not, and if you need fortune3 to do any customization, then get ready to pay through your nose, for eg, a normal Geotrust ssl(quick ssl premium)certificate which cost$149, fortune will charge you $349, a whopping $200 margin. like this you will be paying a premium for every small modifications/changes half of the live sites shown by fortune3 as sample are dummy sites, i checked many sites about us section and even tried to buy from these sites and above all like a cherry on top the most abusive support staff I`ve ever seen, they will insult you without any reason If i have to rate them I will give a generous 1/5 if you are planning to subscribe, do it at your own risk

    Aside from the fact that they try to hide the fact that they charge a transaction fee, their software is fragmented, disjointed, and buggy. Their technical support is downright lousy. Fortune3 software is fragmented into two parts- a so-called Wizard that runs on your PC (sorry, MAC users), and a web interface. There is overlap between the two which causes confusion. If you make a product change, you can not preview the changes without first uploading your store, which means it goes on-line. You then have to upload it a second time to be able to create a rescue file- otherwise you can not retrieve your store. There is even a situation where you have to do a dummy upload from your PC when you use their web interface, otherwise changes made on the web interface won`t take effect. Ridiculous! Technical support is insulting and rude. They consistently push back if you report a problem in their software to them. For example, if you click on a product, and a DIFFERENT product opens for editing, they say that is fine and there is no problem. Fortune3 offers an over-priced and very clumsy approach to eCommerce, and their support is worthless. If you need eCommerce, go elsewhere.

    this is it! just try the fortune3 wizard shopping cart builder and you`ll make yourself happy. there is nothing to compare with. it does everything so easy. to sell online and manage an online store this software is awesome.

    For little money fortune3 takes good care of everything. The software is excellent and user-friendly. By far fortune3 offers easy and powerful software to create an online store, and to manage the ecommerce website, sales and customers. I have tried both hosted shopping carts and open source shopping carts, but when a little problem occurred either with the software or the server my online store went down: that happened to me so many times. When I was running the website on my own server I didn`t have a peace of mind, even sleeping was difficult. Off course, I was both the server and the software administrator, and believe me: that job isn`t easy. I have been with fortune3 over a year and for little money they take good care of everything. The software is excellent and very user-friendly. The new fortune application for the iphone is awesome. Customer support is outstanding. If you have a real online business and you want to keep it up and running all the time, I recommend fortune3.

    I am impressed with the new fortune3 shopping cart app available for the iphone. It is the first ecommerce shopping cart with a fully functional application for the iphone. I can now check the orders from my iphone and obtain detailed information whenever I want. You can go to the apple store and get it for free. It is amazing.

    The Fortune3 shopping cart software is easy to use and complete. I like their PC interface which delivers immediate response to the data entry, and when finished I just upload to the servers fast. I can modify my online store quickly, even that I sell thousands of products online. I have tried many other web based builders, but so far Fortune3 is a true time saver. About the features: It comes with everything that I need. The web pages can be fully customized. It can use the payment processor or gateway that I want, including Paypal, Google Checkout, and Amazon. The shipping calculation in real time from UPS, Fedex, DHL, and USPS are awesome. There are many features that the Fortune3 software offers: Custom built products, digital products, cross selling, best sellers, etc. There is also the store manager; a web based application that provides graphics with statistics, and let administrate and track the orders, customers, inventory, and shipping. Print reports, send emails, etc. I recommend this shopping cart software to everyone.

    I am already a client user and I love the current shopping cart 7.02 version. The good thing about the fortune3 ecommerce solution is that the software runs in your own pc so you don`t have to wait for a server response. You can change the website fast and then upload to the server in a single shot. I am now trying the new beta version of the fortune3 shopping cart wizard 2010 and it is really amazing because you can customize all your web pages and online store without limitations and the speed of the upload is so fast. The new templates are beautiful . It has so many features that I don`t yet understand, but they seem to be for large companies.

    I`ve been using the fortune3 shopping cart software for four months preparing for christmas season. I`m very pleased with it. My online store web pages are showing up on the first pages of google, bing and yahoo results. I have made my first $10000 in sales. I like the ease of this ecommerce software, although there are many features that I haven`t used yet I think that almost everything beyond imagination is available here. The website administration is great as well. Go for it!

    Fortune3 is a great shopping cart platform that has helped us develope our ecommerce site like we wanted to. Easy to use software with some good features. Really like the company and new version is out or should be out soon, looking forward to keep on building and seeing more features as well.

    I love working with this software! I just got a sneak preview at the new 2010 version, and it is truly groudbreaking. This is by far the best ecommerce site management software I have ever tried, and they keep making it better and better every day. I am very satisfied with this software, with this company, and with their customer service, which is always there whatever we need.

    Fortune3 is a great software, specially on the SEO front. I started using the software in early 2008 and 3 months later, my site already had some good rankings in the search engines.
